➟ PLOTS ⊹

down the rabbit hole

It turns out it's not only characters and places that can get stuck in Pandora's, but also creatures, magic spells, doomsday machines, diseases — anything the attached worlds have ever conceived of now have a direct line to our little cluster of space-time, and it doesn't matter if your character has overcome them before.

In Pandora's, plots are cooperative, and you get to decide how involved you want to be. Because you and your castmates are considered to be the resident experts on your canon, things coming through from your character's world will do so at your suggestion. You may choose to never submit a plot idea and simply enjoy having your character in the game; you may choose to run a plot on your own or with castmates (with mod supervision); or you may choose something in between.

If there is something from your character's world that you would like to cause wacky hijinks for those in Pandora's, please comment with the form below. Please only submit ideas for canons you are currently playing in; if you have an idea for a canon you are familiar with but are not playing in, you should talk to the players who are currently representing that canon in the game. All comments will be screened, and you may get a response here or via some other method of contact you've given, whatever makes it easiest to communicate. There is only one general rule for what can come through a door for plot purposes, which is that creatures cannot have enough sentience/consciousness that they would be an appable character in normal circumstances. Hoard of zombies? Okay. Hoard of centaurs? Probably not. But you can always ask if you're uncertain or think an exception could be made.

If there are other plots lined up, we may have to schedule yours for a future date to avoid too much overlap.

Feel free to also use this post to ask questions or keep us updated on any changes to plots in progress.
